Hiring: Privilege

Do you want someone to spearhead innovation or do you want someone who has learned the ways everyone else has already done it? How would you make this job description better? Is the issue with the person they are looking for or the posting? I'm open to feedback here. Maybe I'm not aware of the reasons why this position requires the following.
